EDGE Expert Consulting + Audit (single package)
We model your project in the EDGE App, identify the lowest-cost set of measures to reach the target level, coordinate with the design team and prepare the full documentation package. We handle all correspondence with the certification body (GBCI/SGS).
Approved EDGE Auditor Audit
As an approved auditor that has passed GBCI's quality review (Approved EDGE Auditor), we carry out the design review and post-construction site audit and submit the audit report to the certification body. We also provide independent audit services for projects working with another consultant.
Energy Modelling & Building Physics
For EDGE Advanced and Zero Carbon targets, we verify the real impact of measures with dynamic energy simulation in IES-VE / EnergyPlus, overheating analysis, daylight and CFD studies.
Portfolio & Programme Certification
Scalable certification with a standard set of measures, shared document templates and unit pricing for multi-site programmes such as SHIFA, mass housing and chain facilities.
Existing Buildings & Renovation
On-site measurement and baseline creation for existing buildings; material reuse credit; partial area (single floor / tenant space) certification.

Reporting that meets the EDGE requirements of IFC, EBRD, CEB and green-lending banks; investor and lender presentations; a LEED / BREEAM / WELL roadmap alongside EDGE.
